I just wanted to share a recipe that I tried on the weekend and just loved. http://www.susanminor.org/forums/showthread.php?p=339#post339 I added a bit more garlic for a bit more kick and it turned out great. It would be great if the second part of the cooking was figured out for a slow cooker instead of the oven (may be a bit warm in the house in the summer time) . Try it out and if you have any feedback on the recipe to make better or cooking time and temp in slow cooker please post.
Thanks for the reference Bushman...I always cook my short ribs in the pressure cooker...if you have one...you can cut that "cooking" (not smoking) time way...way down...I mean way down...
