If  you are in to hot wings, Ice has some pretty tangy hot wing sauce as well.
I had Ice send me some spicy and regular.  Haven't tried the regular yet but the spicy is just about right.

I was going to PM you Giz to see if the sauce got to you OK. Glad it made it. Just finished a jar myself. Hard to eat just a few wings though. 10 pound bag was gone before I knew it and everyone was headed out to the fridge for cold beers.  :D ;D ;)

Yes it did.
I didn't mess around with wings though.  Went straight to legs. Actually the legs were $1.19 per lb. and the wings were $1.39 per lb. so with more meat and less hastle cutting the pieces apart, it was a no brainer for me.

What I don't remember is if the spicy was your hottest or medium?

Ice:
Thanks for the leveling update.  I was thinking it was as I didn't find the heat over the top and wanted to compare what I thought with what others here have mentioned.  Helps me guage how hot folks in general like their food.  Spent too many years with co-workers that like me to push the envelope of insanity that I may have become desensitized to the general palate.   The Spicy is definatly suitable for all ages (that like a bit of heat  :P :D)

Ice typically sells to his home town folks and the members here on the forum.  I consider it an exclusive privilege.  If you are interested in trying out his sauce, send him a Personal Message and he will be happy to help you out.  Ice is a great person to know and I have yet to hear of anyone that has not liked his sauce or rub so it is a safe buy.
Enjoy.

You probably do not want to order this sauce! I think it has something in it that makes you stick your finger in the jar and lick it!
I can't stop. My wife uses it on everything. There is now a recipe that has taken over the Filipino community called Iceman's Adobe!

Yes, I have warned people about the finger fetish with the sauce but they just don't believe me! Last batch of Hab's Canadian Bacon I did was a little bit dry, my fault of course. Wanted to fry up some last weekend and did a quick fry-steam with some Iceman's Sauce thinned down with some low salt chicken stock and it was awesome! It put back the moisture, and gave it a just the right kick! Made a mix of the thinned down sauce and Vac sealed the rest and it is award winning! Thats the closest I have ever come to a bad smoke, and it was a complete recovery!

Title: ICE MANS BBQ Sauce
Post by: Cleo on February 10, 2010, 09:08:05 AM
Hello Iceman..I am so happy to have found you!! My husband bought your BBQ sauce about a year ago. Not aware, We finished the last of our jars Super bowl Sunday. I went into panic mode when I wanted to make a brisket sandwich yesterday and discovered that indeed it was the last of our sauce! I think your sauce is the BEST, I do not like BBQ normally which is unfortunate living in TX. Please tell me you have more for sale and how I can get my hand on some more  ::)

Someone made a new post.

I read it and saw it was a new member and I welcomed them to the forum.

I thought that is what we are suppose to do.

I didn't know welcoming new members screws up the forum.

I'll try to be more careful next time.

As a "Member Extraordinaire," you damn well should have.  Make a mess and leave someone else to pick up the pieces.  Poor Brian had to spend at least a minute to move the thread and unscrew it.  And did anyone offer him a word of thanks? (That's a rhetorical question).

... and also a bit more sensitive to the consequences of your "shoot from the hip" mentality, I should hope!
