Title: bisquette advancer stopped
Post by: paul on January 09, 2004, 05:11:30 PM
My bisquettes no longer move down and on every twenty minutes or at all unless I press the advance button and that only works once. Bit of a pain going back every twenty minutes. Any suggestions re fixing - is this a common problem?

Does it attempt to cycle & there is a feeding issue or does it just not cycle at all?

Thanks for you interest. Not a feeding issue as the force button if pressed in pushes the next bisquette all the way required. However the automatic (20 min) bit does zero.

The only thing I can think of is that there may be a wire disconnected inside the feeder that's keeping whatever makes the timer function from running. There are six screws on the bottom you can remove to open it up for a look. If something is unplugged, it will be pretty obvious.

Other than that, this is a new one on me. I'd call Bradley.

Fantastic - no excuses, no blame, no problem - new unit being posted to me this week. What a brilliant service. - Paul
