Great looking bird, FL.

I'm sure it was picked clean by the clan!

Thanks SD, it was.

There was one leg and 2 slices of breast left. It all fit in a quart bag.

I think for new years day I'm gonna do a big beef roast and a couple of briskets.

Sounds great, FL.  We don't have an opportunity to go to relatives for New Years (blew the budget on Christmas but that's Momma's favorite holiday so well worth it) so I'm not sure what I'm gonna smoke.  Just know I'll be smoking something......definitely gonna include ABT's though......haven't had them for about 2 months and japs are really inexpensive around here.

Hope your Christmas was all you expected and then some.

I am going to try to sandwich the smoke between working and drinking  8).

We had a great Christmas. I hope you had a good one too. We got new bikes for the little ones, but we did not have room in the family room. So we strung ribbon from the garage, through the laundry and kitchen, along the floor. at the end of the ribbon were the to: from: tags. They had to follow the ribbon to find the present!

I hope you had them go up and around a few trees and limbs like they do in the cartoons.   :)

You never know what you are going to get around here @ Christmastime. Puzzles, riddles, wild goose chases.... The wrapping paper is only the beginning layer. I hid a set of diamond earrings in the train that goes around the tree once...
