Here is my fermenting setup (http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w73/carnie1/IMG_0178.jpg) I got a humidity control which I plugged a small humidifier into, did some tests before I did the sausage it seems to work OK so far, but in the meantime I had some brain farts and found this tiny humidifier and control all in one http://www.bargainhumidors.com/bh/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=ACC-HYDRA (http://www.bargainhumidors.com/bh/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=ACC-HYDRA) Oh well, I'll see how my setup works first. I'll post results in a few days
