aces-n-eights won the contest. I thought i would post the making of the jerky.
I got the London Broil all cut up, removed as much of the fat as i could.
Mixed up my wet marinade. And added some secret powder ;D
Put the strips into the Reveo for 10 minutes for maximum marinade penetration.
Now on Bradley racks for smoke. Going to get hickory (5 pucks)
Jerky should be done in around 4 hours.

Dagnabbit! Now I wish I had been able to play.......I bet I could have guessed the number within 1 or 2 (well, after Nepas told me what it was ;D)

I got the jerky done. The London Broil before smoking was 2.68lb. After i lost 60% due to shrinkage. So to make up for the difference I am going to send a-n-e some beef sticks.

Smoke temp starting was 145* bumped gradually to 170*
