Title: Lumpys Jerky
Post by: lumpy on March 16, 2009, 06:53:37 AM
Went to the market on Saturday and saw some no fat roladen meat (roladin in a thin slice of roast with no fat, the name is German and they used to stuff it). Anyways, got a good deal on it and thought it would make good jerky.

In the marinade of soya sauce, brown sugar, cayenne, pinch of garlic and hot pepper flakes.

In the oven. The only thing that I dehydrate is jerky and over the years I've found that the oven works great for me. oven set at 170F

The finished product took about 5 hours
