Title: Kabobs

Felt like some kabobs last night.....Resting while the smoker comes up to 220.

A little over an hours worth of smoke

Then into the rotisserie for 30 minutes.....dinner time!

I keep trying to find a really good excuse to drive to Boerne to visit by Brother just so I can stop by WTS's for a snack of his left overs.
