Title: Newbie

I have been using a little chief smoker for decades and it has worked very well. Unfortunately it doesn't cook things.

I got my new SS Bradley Smoker a few days ago and used a pulled pork recipe listed in the forum, it was terrific.

I was reading about smoked turkey breast in this forum but didn't see a recipe that listed the smoke time, only the finished temp. I have done this many times in the LC smoker but then put it on the rotisserie and cooked it. That has always turned out great too.

Going to smoke some ribs tomorrow.

Welcome Latta.

The recipe I have calls for 4 hours, but I do about 2 hours on mine.  It is up to your taste and how smokey you want it.

Chicken and Turkey breasts are very picky. Do you have a temp monitoring device such as a Maverick ET-73?
