Being from Wisconsin, I guess I take it for granted that cheese curds are an everyday thing almost.  Glad you enjoyed everything RFT.

Nothing finer than going to a local creamery and getting some along with a home made ice cream cone for the ride home.

As for the mystery box...

Thanks for the Bradley towel!  I have wanted one ever since I saw one in a pic at the midwest smokeout.  I love the Famous Dave's Steak and Burger Rub and I am very curious to try the Trader Joes Seafood Grill and Boil....

Now who is the mystery box from????  Anyone know anybody from Cascade Iowa?  That may have attended the Midwest Smokeout?  ::) ::) ::)

Now Snelly everyone knows it's "The One and only, World Famous" (at least in his own mind) Tenpoint5.
That rum sauce sounds mighty tastey.

I GOT A BOX!!!!
Thanks, DRAC!!!!

All kinds of wine, cheese, candies, pure maple syrup, and goodies galore...
I felt like a Catholic school teacher with a RULER slapping MrsD's hand---
Lemme take the picture and THEN you can dive into the chocolates!

I don't think I've ever had that Lankaaster (sp?) cheese, but I can smell it through the plastic, and it smells AWESOME...

Looking forward to trying the homemade maple sugar in some rubs too..
Thanks a bunch Drac!  Merry Christmas!

Drac

Glad you got it.

Tried to collect things local from the travels.  The maple syrup, honey and wine can from my wife's hometown area.  The wine is a table wine  (not sure what that means)  for the team on the label, a local hockey team.  Hoping the sugar, syrup and honey would work as ingredients.  With the recipe you have multiple choices for the syrup, liquid or powder :D  The cheese is a local cheese from the Ottawa (Canada that is).

Really pay attention to the flavor list.  Quite a few aren't kid friendly and a couple can blow the unsuspected head off.  You are also a braver man than me to come between a woman and chocolate.

Enjoy,
Jim
