Hey Rick!
The meat is defrosting in the frig.
I bought my white peppa and my distilled H2O last night, so now I have everything, including the dextrose you so graciously sent me!
I'll be cranken out the sticks tomorrow, Yahoo!
So there..Sausage-Guru-Man!

Put the H20 in the fridge and get it cold, follow the recipe to the "T" and you should have no problema as they say in east LA  :D

Caney, I'm sorry to hear about the job but I am a firm believer that there is a reason for everything - it sounds like you have a plan worked out by pursuing the ministry. 
As much as I love to read your posts, I would love to hear your sermons!  Seriously, I would!  You would keep your parishioners on their toes!!
