Where do I find a motor??

I am sure this has been posted over and over again, but I am having a hard time finding the answer.

The motor to advance the disks has stripped gears and needs to be replaced.  Where can I buy a replacement?  While my OBS is down I think that I will add another heating element and circulation fan as well.
