PA Dutch Summer Sausage

I forgot to post this pic. Its homemade PA Dutch summer sausage. carnie1 brought this to the smokeout made by a local butcher shop. The sausage is stuffed into homemade cotton bags then hog ring crimped at the end. Its really good. I would like to know where to get the bags before i make em up.

I think so...  Where was it hiding anyway? You know I think I've had that before except it was packed in a bag made from collegen.

When Tony brought it i took it in the house, wife cut one up and the other was in the fridge still. Sorry i forgot all about it.
