happy weekend !

I exhausted all local avenues for purchasing some " cure " and thrown in the towell so to speak
I see Bradley sells a few different cures.  Has anyone had experience with them?
I am thinking of ordering up a couple of different ones.
All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?

I hear ya OS...its hard to find a good place around Southern Ontario.  What about Malabar Super Spice in Burlington?  Thats close to you no?

I threw in the towel also. Ontario has absolutely zero for sausage supplies.
This is the company that I buy all my supplies from now.

Does Malabar sell cures?  In the meantime I will search them out on the web
Burlington is an easy trip from here.

I looked on their website and they look like they sell EVERYTHING.  My one buddy says that there is a place in Arva too (just outside London) that sells everything you need over the counter.  I am gonna get the name of the place.

Hey Oakvillesmoker, I'm up in Milton and just learned today that Lebarons in Mississauga has all the Bradley cures.  I was in there earlier today and picked 3 up of the cures, Maple, Honey, and Demerara cure along with both Jim Beam and Crown Royal pucks.
Their pucks are also cheaper than Canadian Tire @ $16.85 for a 48 pack ;D  The cures for $14.85 each for the big container.

BTW, if you're also looking for curing salt, there's a place in Woodbridge called Canada Compount and they've got everything.  1 kg of curing salt for $3.50

Cheers G.

Thanks much.  I will have to take a swing by LeBaron and pick up the Bradley cures.
I did go to Malabar and left with cure.  A long story but if you go there, take the recipe with you as you will have to articulate what you are going to do with the cures.  they explained the issues with too little or too much.  I am not being critical, curing can be a dangerous business and Malabar was very helpful.

Thats good to hear about Malabar.  I may have to take a trip over there.  What kind of cure did you get from them?  Is it pink?

I'm not sure about anybody else but I have never found any Cure in Canada that is colored pink. I don't know if they are not allowed to put the dye in it or what but I've never seen it here anyway.
