Oldman  -  Yes that lobster is huge, it weighed 4kg and is sitting with the taxidermist getting mounted.

The shiny fish is called a frostfish, they are as shiny as the chrome bumper on a car, very spectacular looking when they first come out.

Yeah they are one of myfavourites in the smoker. We call them Kingfish butI think yellowtail is the correct term used. They grow up to about 45kg and are one of the most powerfish fish to find in relation to their size. I think we take our fabulous fishing grounds too much for granted here.
