I got a big ribeye and sliced it up into some thick steaks and put in the smoker for 40 minutes with mesquite.

The smoke being added.  ;D

Now for on the grill till the internal temp hits about 140*. They turned out awesome and I think it was just the right amount of smoke!  :D

Mighty fine looking steaks there Ole. Making me kinda hungry and still a couple of hours until my brisket is done.  ;D

Nice. Looks like nothing fancy on them that i can see. Just smoke and grill marks.  :)

Great looking steaks.

A good ribeye doesn't need a lot of seasonings around here.

Just a little olive oil and some Chicago steak seasoning on them.  ;)
