Good looking PP there Jimmy.  Not bad for a first smoke on the Bradley!  What kind of custom offset do you have?

It's a home built smoker I made from a new 240 gal fuel tank and then welded a trailer for it..  It has a propane fire starting system using a 500,000 btu weed burner piped into the firebox..  I will see if I find a pic of it. Its about 8 years old so the new smoker feeling has faded a bit and been shifted to the Bradley...LOL
