Another "Is this enough cure?" Question

Thanks squirt, works like a hot darn for most things up here but our
pints in Canada are 20 oz. just have to make the adjustments. And now we
are using the metric system, it really messes me up. Some of us older guys
we still think in the old imperial system.  ;)

There are converters on the Recipe Site. Look towards the right end of the tool bar and click on "Converters".
