I just made cheesy bone in pork chops.  Unreal.  My entire family loved them.  I made 5 extra so we have leftovers even though im planning on making the bacon chicken breasts tomorrow during the snow storm.  I love my BS.

Bubba-

What main gun?  The recipe is easy.  Buy a standing pork roast and cut into 2 bone sections.  1 roast will feed about 5 big eaters.  MArinate the chops in

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice - fresh
1/4 cup oil (cannola)
1/4 cup honey
2tsps for gresh grated ginger

Marinate in a baggy overnight in fridge

Smoke til done at 220 degrees.  Internal temp 157.  When almost done bring to kitchen.  Put 1 slice of montery jack and 1 slice of sharp chedar and broil til just melted-

Cheesy Pork Roast. Welcome to Heaven[^][^][^]

I'm only allowed 1 new thing at a time.  I'm finally enjoying the "i'm really glad you got the Bradley" after cooking 25 great meals.  That was after the discussion, "Do you really need another smoker"[:D]  I'm working on a digital camera, maybe within the next week or two.  Not exactly sure how to post it to this forum anyway.  I'm making them again next weekend.  If I dont own a camera maybe i can borrow one.  Need info on how to post.
