Had an early morning place I had to be - so no breakfast - but got home for lunch.

"Close to Texas Red" - Fritos, cheese, and japs will go in after this pic and before I eat it.  On right Queso con Wurst!!!

A few months ago, I had some bad luck (thats my story) with some sausages that I made.  Seems that about 25 pounds got overcooked and dry.  Did not want to throw away and froze them.  Need room in the freezer, so have to find something to do with them.  Nothing has worked so far, so decided to grind them up in a food processor.  Both the Queso and the Chili was made with this.  Both winners.  I've got some other ideas including tamales.
Moral of story - Don't throw away your failures - you'd be surprised what you can come up with to save them.

Mmmmmm I love chili with fritos and colby jack cheese.

We call it "chili frito lay"

So can you splain to me what is "Queso con Wurst" ? It sure looks good.

Caney that is a good point about failures......Look at them another way to make them a winner. It's all good.

Had about 5 types of sausage ground up.  Wurst is German for sausage.  Seemed to work to me.

Quesco Blanco
Cream cheese
Ground up Sausage failures
Olive Oil
Picante Sauce
Diced pickled Jalapenos
Cayenne
Garlic
Black Pepper
Cumino
Melt and mix together

I am not as "think" as you "drunk" I am.

Caney, I keep looking at your posts.  They do look good.

But you must realize this stuff is no good for you.  Try bean sprouts, alfalfa and soy beans, maybe some lettuce and English cucumber.

I WOULD KILL FOR THAT PLATE!
