Egg Rolls

Got this idea from WTS and couldn't help my self. 1/2 onion, 1/2 green pepper

Some mushrooms

1/2 lb smoked brisket and 1 jalapeno


Through in some cabbage

1/2 cup of the goodness in each roll

Turned out GREAT. Going to add more cabbage next time

OU, cabbage in eggrolls is the way. Those look mighty tastie.

What kinda sauce did you eat them with (smoked Salsa Verde?) mmmmmm

Spicy mustard with some horseradish mixed in to kick it up a little.

Sure would like to try some "Smoked Salsa Verde"
