Searched the forum as well as the recipe forum for Pork Loin Jerky, but couldn't find anything.

Just wondering if anybody has done Pork Loin Jerky and if so, how did you do it?

Brine, rubs, time smoked, total time, wood used etc.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Real good. And if you want a treat season some smoked bacon and but it in a dehydrator for 15 hours on a temp of 100*

I have made a bunch and use the same recipes as I do with beef, marinade or dry rub. It turned out great. Piker

Thanks for the replies guys.

Nepas, due to my high cholesterol,  bacon is  a no-no, all beef for that matter, so that's why I'm trying "the other white meat". I also do TJ which is surprisingly good - so good in fact that the batch I did last w/e is already gone!
