Yes he does have it right.  About 2 years ago I had to ask someone in my driveway to leave.

Oh sorry, I forgot to mention they were 170+ feet from my house  parked in my driveway yelling at me while I was in the house (1:00 am) sleeping. I asked for them to leave not by asking with a sweet voice but the slide of a 12 guage Winchester, funny how they heard that and nothing else. When my wife  looked out the window when I "asked" they got in there car and left never to return.   ;D

Yes he has it right.
