Not sure if I ever had Wis sharp, but I love NY sharp. At first I figured the foil was to show which was Wis and which was NY but theres foil next to all four.

I put WIS on one side and NY on the other on both sides of the rack so when i turn the rack i know what i is looking at  ;D
