Tacos!

The weather man is talking snow and I haven't climbed up in the attic to find my fleece yet:huh:

Sooo..... Took some left over brisket and turned it into barbacoa tacos with some left over beans turned into re-fried, and some scratch different every freaking time I do it Spanish rice.

Added some jalapenos, Mexican cheese and onions on the corn tortillas.

No more smoke ring!

Ron, next next time you do that scratch Spanish rice, make a note of how you did it...

I made something similar tonight but didn't get any pics or any to eat the yardapes ate everything. I used pork chops, corn, and mandarin oranges.
