Just bought a digital 4 rack after browsing the forum for a couple of weeks. Seasoned and did a couple of chickens yesterday which came out great. Looking forward to smoking a wide range of foods and will no doubt be asking for advice along the journey.

Good to here your first smoke went well, cant beat a couple smoked chickens unless your talking home grown birds then there aint nothing better.
