Just got back from 4 days and the Bradely got used plenty.

All loaded up:

All set up:

5lbs of sausage for the party

Keeping the boudin, sausage, and jambalaya warm for the party.

Also made jambalaya, wings, and fajitas

I'm sorry, I must have misread the post. I thought you said camping not a luxury stay at the Hilton. ;D Sure would be nice if I could bring mine along with me, roads get a little rough where I go. Don't think it would survive.

Very nice Ron, But I just want to give you a little advice. When you smoke things you will get better smoke penetration if you take the plastic off. ;D ;D ;D
