Babyback Dan - has a nice successful ring to it!  Good going, job well done - feels good to be the hero.  After another one or two rib cooks, you will be thinking "this is easy".  But Warning - don't let anyone know how easy it is - make them think you slaved all day - take some of the grease and soot from the "v' pan and smear it on your face - makes ya look like you worked hard!
