I just ordered my BS and Cabelas will be shipping that to me today. I located this site and have found it very interesting and will be trying some of the ideas mentioned here.
Can some one point me to a link that describes the "Olds T-Shirt" method? I have no idea what it is. Thanks for any help. [?]

Thanks JJC for the link!

Welcome to the forums Phone Guy!

EDIT I will add that since that posting I have got to completely cold smoking the ham in the T-shirt and then wrapping it up and allowing  6-7 days before I bake it in the oven. Either way works.

OH ya one more thing. I do all of my slicing pork (boston butts) and chicken with the T-shirt. Turning them 1/2 way through the cooking time upside down one time.
