cabelas Pepperoni snack stick kit

Hi need help with the Cable's Pepperoni snack stick mix.The kit is for 25# of meet I have 5# can any one till how to cut the mix>It call for water I don't wont to add the water to the left over mix.so i can store it  Thank :-\

First you need to measure the ingredient mix either by weighing or with measuring spoon/cups.  Then you need to divide it by 5.     When you get to adding the water you want to only use 1/5th of the water.
