Problem with digital buttons!

I have had a problem with my digital readout buttons.  Sometimes when I press the temp buttons or any buttons I find they are not working.  Is this a normal issue or due I need to contact Bradley?

Can you be a little more specific?
There have been a few folks that have reported issues with the buttons but if memory serves, the two issues I recall were not pressing hard enough and a few people had large firm fingers and they weren't exerting enough pressure on the recess pad area.  Don't recall any real issues.  It is always possible though if the pad registration is off.
