Going to try to make it to Bragg this weekend. My son and his wife are expection their 1st child any day. He wanted jerky

Got my basic all around jerky marinade making.

Congratulation grandpa.  great looking jerky.  gonna have to pick your brains on improving my jerky.  got a few goose breasts in the freezer, need to find some time to do them.

Thanks everyone, This baby will be our 7th. I should have worded my post different. My son wants the jerky and his new soon to be baby is a girl baby  ;D

Great looking jerky and congrats on the new born little girl..never saw a kid that did not like jerky. Mine are both in there 30`s now and still call me to make them some of my home made jerky.
