Newbie

I've had a desire to get a smoker for a while, just never had enough time to research and figure out what to buy.  Fortunately my wife and kids jumped in at Christmas and gave me a Bradley smoker.  I just got around to putting it together last weekend (yeah - free time is at a premium for me).  My first experience with smoking was good - ribs, brisket and some almonds.  Pretty easy, pretty fun, and pretty tasty.

I've done a little bit of browsing on the forum and there's a lot of good info there - I certainly appreciate that.  Looking forward to more reading and posting the required stupid questions.
