Smoke some

hello everyone, Im from Ontario
i've been lurking for a while now and thought I better register and say hello,
Looks like a great site to hang your hat and learn a few new things.
been smoking for a little while now out of a homemade jobby, (Fridge Hot plate)
But that's history now, it took its trip to the dump last week.
Replaced that dinasor with a 4 rack DBS. had a bitch of a time with it, the first time i used it. Thought what have i done now old faithful is nomore.
Well sorted out my problem with it and haven't looked back . the DBS reminds me of the the the old chicken rotisserie, Set it and forget it, what a dream compared to my homemade smoker. any way better not drag this on to long have a few ring of garlic kobasa on now should be coming out of the smoker soon

Welcome to the forum Smoke Some!
I too live in Ontario, there are a few of us Ontarioites kicking around.  Glad to hear you got everything sorted out.
I have a OBS and also had a few issues the first time I used, but like yourself I sorted them out and have not looked back!
That's is some good looking sausage ya got there.  Thanks for the pics, and if you wanted to share your recipe that would be
cool as well.  Look forward to seeing some more pics.
