Some people are like Slinkies... They're really good for nothing.
...But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

Where do you guys find women like that?  ???  ;D

All I can say is you better marry that girl or I am going to......ouch..ouch damn never type that when you think your wife is near. Now I have a sore ear and not because her mouth was moving!
I like to walk threw life on the path of least resistance. But sometimes the path needs a good kick in the ass.

Now she is thinking she wants me to smoke a bunch of butts for our wedding reception, smoke them then freeze, then slowly reheat. Any body do this and how did they taste after they were froze?

classicrockgriller

Will taste great. The outside bark will have time to "marry" the pulled inside meat and have a nice smokey taste.

ArnieM

As CRG said.  You want to pull/chop 'em and then freeze.  That gets the smoke flavor throughout.  Put it in vac bags if you can.  Otherwise, just in ziplock getting out all of the air that you can.

You can reheat bags in boiling water or just throw it all in a pot with some of your favorite sauce.  Some think it's better if it sits for a while, but I'm the impatient type.
