Hello from Minnesota

I am a new Bradley owner from Minnesota.  I have been making jerky and sausage for nearly three years in my trusty oven and everytime I would say that I really need to get a smoker.  Well, I received my Bradley 6 rack digital smoker last week and I love it.  I have already done burgers, chicken and cheese.  I wanted to get some seasoning in the smoker before moving on to my sausage, snack sticks and jerky.

I have been following this forum for a while and now that I am an official BDS owner I figured it was time to join and contribute.  Since there is an avid hunter in the household I am looking forward to using my BDS for the overwhelming amount of elk, deer, caribou, pheasant, goose, bison, pork and beef in our freezer.   :)
