Nolet welcome to the forum.

That is a new one that I haven't heard about.

You may want to give Bradley a call.

nolet2,
First of all, welcome to the forum.  What I am about to ask you may sound crazy BUT do you have bright light shining, as in brilliant sunlight shining on your display?  When the sunlight hits my display it is as though there is nothing on the display at all.

If not, call Bradley as my friend CRG suggested.

You may want to double check you wires including sensor wire. Wiggle them to see if the unit stays on. My sensor wire from the smoke generator does not always work right and I get an E1 error but when I wiggle it it works. I needed to get another cord and now it is fine. Knock on wood. ;D ;D :D

If you haven't contacted Bradley yet, make sure you are pushing in the center of the buttons, and press firmly. If that does not work you may have a bad display panel.
