Thanks everybody for helping me with my first hams. I think they turned out great i got a couple of pictures to show you. Any comments would be great good or bad ;D.

All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Well i would send you one but they look nice in the freezer. And by the way i did trim a little off and boy was it good. Thanks everybody for the help. Yes the beer was good too.
