Found out that the bisquits are suposed to be arriving today :)

Hopefully, I can season it tonight and set it up to cook up something for tomorrow, wait, maybe I'll set it up to cook something up for breakfast ;))

Got my first smoke going today. Seasoned with a mesquite (should of used a milder after reading more posts but oh well) and threw some wild pig and some store bought ribs along with some taters. Using cherry smoke and cured the wild ribs with an overnight brine and store bought ones with only Johhnys seasoning...
