Hi, I live in Moncton, New Brunswick Canada and I just bought my first Smoker. It's the entry level smoker from Bradley. I fear after my first smoke that it will take some time before I even become satifactory at this skill.

Willing to listen to any and all tips.

Thanks.....SS

Oh Canada ... another Canuck.  Welcome and greetings from Texas!

As the master CRG said, ask.  Quickly you will know who the real experts are (not me - I'm a newcomer here).  Listen to them and you won't go wrong.

As far as fear, the only thing you need to fear is the impending addiction you will soon find yourself facing to smoke everything that you eat.  And I do mean everything !
I like animals, they taste good!

To be honest I'm not certain but I would estimate 2 -3 hour drive. Originally from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia so I'm still exploring this province. I do love it here. Extremely safe city and community to raise a family.

Thanks for the welcome.

I already posted some questions in the smoker forum. I won't clog up this forum with the same issues unless that is common practice.

Welcome SS and remember to keep that vent open. 1/4 to 1/2 for everything and wide open for poultry.
