Breakfast Fattie

Decided to try a breakfast fattie

Two packages of low-fat Jimmy Dean and one package of regular


Yes I made this up late last night.  Not drinking Blue Moon this early!


All mixed together


Some fresh jalapeno


Some onion


Some potatoes I had boiled a few minutes


Smoked pepper jack


rolled with some bacon



All done this morning.  Did one hour maple and one hour of cherry

Yes it is an oxymoron for sure.  Threw the bacon on at the last minute as I made the roll to thin, the good stuff was coming out in a few areas.

I used Fat Free Half and Half in my coffee, now that's a oxymoron ;)
