Father's Day (a day early)

 We did our Father's Day get together  (14 of us) yesterday and after asking for finger food ideas from all of you I decided to go with MOINK balls and chicken wings. The MOINK balls were a big hit and the wings were good too! We also had hotdogs, macaroni and cheese, slaw and deviled eggs.

I put some Stubb's BBQ rub on the wings and used maple bacon on the MOINK balls. I smoked the wings for two hours and the MOINK balls for one hours using apple.


After the smoke I sauced them both with a 50/50 mix of BBQ sauce and grape jelly. Then onto a hot charcoal grill:
