Hey all,

I am a brand new BDS (I hope I did that right!) owner! I have smoked a variety of meats on my BBQ and have decided it is time to step it up a notch!

Unlike most of our friends I (the wife) am the griller.  While I am BBQing my husand is socializing with the other wives and I am hanging with the guys on the patio.

I am really looking forward to "WOW"ing our friends with the new addition and I know that I have found the right place for support and feedback!

I look forward to sharing tips and ideas with all of you!

I am having camera issues at the moment, but will be sure to post pics of my trials and tribulations once I am able to.

I made some smoked pork back ribs last night and they were delicious.  Today I have some beef jerky in the smoker and it smells wonderful!
