Brisket stuck on 145 Degrees

Brisket finished up at 12:30 last night. 14 hours (almost 4 hours per lb.)

I had it for dinner tonight. Was a little dry, but tasted very good.

Thanks for all your advice. I will use your suggestions on my next one. (maybe this weekend)

I did notice when I removed the probes that they both read the outside air temp. correctly. DBS seemed to be working properly (except for the excessive temp fluctuations, sometimes as much as 40 degrees in 5 minutes. I don't understand that.

BTW, can someone tell me how to import pictures into my post? I'm sure I am just overlooking the help on this.
