Very interesting!

I'm going to have to be introduced to the Carolina style BBQ sauce. I just don't see myself taking a leap of faith cooking a nice piece of meat not knowing if I'll like it?

That's really a cryin' shame...  They spend so much time arguing over sauces in the Carolinas that they don't bother to smoke pulled pork as good as Kentuckians do... Same as the way they're RUNNER-UPS in basketball ---- They worry too much about their uniforms and such.  Awrighten.   ;D :o ;D

Don't cook in it, just mix up some, try it on some pulled pork or even ribs, if you don't like it, give it away at work. (like I do)  ::)
