Confirm that the interior and exterior are dry.

Stuff everything into the Bradley and put a few paper towels in the vacant generator hole (I have used foam rubber and Styrofoam but found the dogs loved them beyond their capabilities of self control).

Put on the cover (42 gallon, 3 mil, Kirkland Brand Contractor Bag).

Another View.  This bag is form fitting and the length is perfect for a six rack digital.

Stretch an elastic cord around it if you feel it is necessary.  For long term storage, take another bag and put pants on it, pulling the top cover over the pants (shirt tail out) and then put a belt on it.

It takes less than two minutes to set everything up for a smoke and about the same to repack.

Good luck and slow smoking,

Yep....great idea.  When I got my OBS I tried a large trash bag and it fit pretty tight and I was afraid of it ripping.  I opted to just store it in the garage but it is really a pain to bring it from the garage to the back patio.  I am thinking of rigging an exhaust system in the garage for smoking.

Enough ain't enough and too much is just about right.

Built mine his own little house. My 4 rack DBS came with a cover.

I have an 'official' Bradley cover for my OBS.  But, I use a garbage bag to cover my Old Smokey tin can smoker.  It works well.  I could have saved some money.   :-\

I too have the 'official' Bradley cover but keep my OBS in the garage when I'm not using it. But I found the cover is a perfect fit for my SRG!

That's not wrong is it?  ???

You guys are Braver than me. Mine is on the deck (covered), but my smoke gens and

Even in good weather, we have HIGH humidity.
