Hi All.  Ordered a new Bradley digital smoker today, and it is due to arrive on Wednesday, so I thought I would begin reading and getting ready for my first smoke.  I have a Char-Broil Smoker-Roaster-Griller that I just got two months ago that really got me into smoking.  It's a nice start, but it only smokes for about 20 minutes, and it has really got me and my wife wanting more......lots more.  So we can't wait for Wednesday, and we look forward to learning as much as we can about real smoking.
