I was inspired by the USPS flat rate darn good mustard thread and decided to go to the mustard museum in Middleton, Wi. They have hundreds of mustards, salsa and hot sauce that you can buy. A few weeks ago National Public Radio did a segment on them. All the products that they sell, you can taste.
Here is a list of what my wife bought for $49.50

Praline mustard glaze
Taragon dijon mustard
Moronccan curry mustard
Rayes yellow mustard
Blue cheese dijon mustard
Dill and garlic stard
Walla Walla sweet onion horseradish
Grey poupon mustard

We had the blue cheese dijon on hamburgers tonight and it was good.

The one I did not test was the  jolokia mustard.

Here is a picture of what we bought.

That looks like a nice selection Brad.

I got a few flavors from http://truenaturaltaste.com/ and will be doing a review for the November newsletter.  Of course, I'll have to hit 'em up for a couple of free samples.  ;D  Maybe you'd like to do a review too.

Let me know how you like the Jolokia when you try it.  I have a certain fondness for them.

Where there's smoke, there's food.
