Door broke off my 6 rack!!!

I was getting ready to smoke some ribs and the door fell off. Gonna call Bradly tommorow to get a replacment part. Its the plastic trim on the bottom of the door. Are they gonna have me send them back the other piece? I hope not. Hope to just get a new one and replace it. Great smoker but had a few cracks when I got it.
