I just pulled the trigger and bought a new OBS, Maverick Thermometer setup & Auber PID.  This forum is full of great info which helped me make my decision... I'm Looking forward to smoked turkey for thanksgiving and perhaps some ribs next weekend.  I'll be searching around for a good brining recipe and temps to cook a turkey at, anyone have any good ones?

Thanks again for all the info...

I thought it did. It appeared to cook more evenly. But that could just my imagination ;D

Hi CoryNH and welcome to the forum.  Make sure you do a 'practice' turkey before Thanksgiving.
